2. Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mamta Fashions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here’s how our Refund and Cancellation policy works:

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is in unused and unworn condition, refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or wear-and-tear after use.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund post which Mamta Fashions will not accept cancellation.
